Would definitely recommend this company to sort out your home or business wifi needs. They do exactly what they say, - which in this day and age is unusual.  Communication is superb.   I even had a message to say they would be 10 minutes late due to traffic! I'm very appreciative and grateful for the very high standard of advice given and work completed. Honestly what a life saver! Found him through chat gpt funnily enough… about as far as my AI knowledge will take me these days! We had basically removed our bt openreach box which we thought was irrelevant given we don’t use a land line and haven’t for years so we chose to just replace it with a chrome blank plate. Unfortunately the moment we did this we had taken out our entire internet 🤦‍♂️ so nothing working at all. When we removed it we didn’t take note of where all the wires went. It took me back 30years to only 5 channels lol. I called him at 8:45pm (said online he was open till 9pm). It went to voicemail…. He only whatsapped me probably about 30mins later which I thought was really good. Called him the following day, explained the problem he said it relatively easy to do and basically walked us through it on the phone. Amazing free advice, very helpful, very friendly and has saved us a whole world of pain. Thankyou again Michael and cannot recommend him enough.
