Fixmyline has had many years on the sideline. Sitting firmly in the shadow of main responsibilities, fitting in jobs in the evenings and weekends. During this time it became apparent that there is a gap between the consumer and the service provider and there is space for smaller companies to offer a tailored and dedicated service for Telephone and Broadband needs.

We are here to consult, fix and ensure that your service performs at it peak. (please remove this section in red)up to 50% cheaper than your service provider will charge you.

Since May 2018 Fixmyline went full time as a fully fledged Telelcoms solutions provider. We can consult, provide and support the following services ;

PSTN – ADSL – FTTC – LTE 4G Broadband – Hosted VoIP – Mesh WiFi Solutions – Data Cabling.

It has been reported that 40% of faults are caused by internal issues such as wifi interference, faulty wiring, poor quality routers or poorly located routers. All of which will incur a significant charge to you from your communications provider if the location of the fault is not on the Openreach Network

Founder/Owner

Hi, my name is Michael and I am the founder of Fixmyline. I have been working in the telecommunications industry since 1995 where I began my Telecoms career working at British Airways managing their fibre optical infrastructure. Along my journey I have interacted with companies such as The British Airports Authority, British Sky Broadcasting, Virgin Media and BT Openreach. I have held a variety of roles from engineering hands on, to Operational Management looking after teams and departments. Fixmyline is a result of an accumulation of all my telecoms and managerial knowledge and a stepping stone onto what will hopefully be a great experience for not only you as a customer, but for me as a business owner that knows exactly what customers want.

Hi My name is Laura and I take care of Accounting and administration for Fixmyline. I only work part time but as Fixmyline has grown steadily over the years there has been a real need to make sure everything from quarterly vat returns, equipment ordering and bookkeeping are kept in order. I have held managerial roles mostly in retail in my career but I am excited that fixmyline has gained some real traction in the telecoms engineering field, and we are also hoping to bring on a trainee engineer within the next few months.

As well as being a full time Mum with 2 small children, working part time definitely fits the work/life dynamic so we can really keep it in the family.
