Great service and I would definitely recommend. Michael renewed and extended a mesh wifi system in our house with  up to date equipment. It works perfectly with no glitches, and there was minimal disruption.  Michael is very professional with great communications, punctuality and he knows his stuff. Michael was extremely thorough throughout the process , taking time to assess what was needed whilst also taking into consideration my personal preferences for internet and WiFi connectivity to my summerhouse. On time and punctual, Michael delivered exactly what he said he would - nice and tidy cabling too! I have just had Michael install our new 4g broadband system which included a lot of equipment, ie powered antenna, point to point transmitter/receiver, router, network switch, new deco mesh access points and cabling to a number of sky tv devices. This was all required as we could no longer suffer the poor service from our provider down copper wires. The results of the work have made such a difference to all, i can now watch a football match or watch the news in another room without constant buffering, a film can be downloaded in seconds not a few minutes, online gaming is now vastly improved and finnaly everyone can be online without any issues. So after months and months of pondering should I do it, the family constantly moaning  at me about how bad the internet is i am now grinning like a Cheshire cat as they say and feeling very pleased with myself. With regards Michael, I went with him as he was the most responsive following my initial contact which cannot be said for a couple of other firms I had contacted,  Michael also carried out a free in depth survey to prove what could be achieved and we discussed all the options in detail, others would not commit without placing an order first or simply did not respond. The work carried out was good and if there was anything that needed clarification during works Michael asked first. He was also accommodating to some unforseen works that arose such as suplying additional deco units,  making cable connections and supplying leads etc Post install (after 2 days) I contacted Michael with a couple of queries which were answered almost immediately and then followed up with a dial in and making adjustments as required. It's good customer service which is something that is hard to find these days.
